Polyatomic Ions

The biggest thing that was a problem for me was figuring out hot to name the polyatomic Ions. To name compounds with only two ions is easy. If its ionic you just use the elements name and use the ide ending for the second element. For Covalent you add a prefix depending on how many of the elements you use. When using more the two elements it is a little more difficult. You need to have all your ions down and know what the charges are. The biggest thing that helped me figure it out was using the periodic table and going over the packet we got.
